Pacific Beacon Scholarship Application: Academic Year 2011-2012

The Pacific Beacon Scholarship Fund was established by Pacific Beacon, LLC and the Clark Realty Companies to directly benefit the educational pursuits of active duty military residents at Pacific Beacon and Palmer Hall. This scholarship is made available through generous donations from Clark Cares and many of the local contractors and members of the local business community who helped build Pacific Beacon.

The Pacific Beacon Scholarship is seeking applicants who are able to demonstrate a formidable passion for post-secondary continuing education in the field of their choice. The fund is set up to provide tuition assistance and/or assistance with the cost of course materials (i.e. books, etc.) of up to $5,000 per award. Scholarship awards must be used to pursue educational credits at any accredited four-year university, two-year community college or licensed trade/vocational school in the United States and in any field of study regardless of a recipient’s United States Navy educational requirements.

The Pacific Beacon Scholarship is open to: All active-duty enlisted unaccompanied United States Navy personnel who are residents of Pacific Beacon or Palmer Hall at the time the application is submitted, and Students planning to attend or who are currently attending a four-year university, two-year community college or licensed trade/vocational school in the United States.
